Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of thick bread
- Butter for toasting
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Blue cheese dressing
- Pickles optional
Instructions:
Ground chicken, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, diced celery and onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Four burger patties should be made from the chicken mixture
Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat
The chicken patties should be cooked for five to six minutes on each side, or until they are done and the outside has a nice char
Toast the bread with a little butter until its golden brown while the chicken patties are cooking
Put a lettuce leaf on the bottom piece of toasted bread to start putting the burgers together
Place a chicken patty, tomato slices, and blue cheese dressing on top
If you want, you can add pickles
Then, put the second toasted slice of bread on top to finish the sandwich
