Green Power Smoothie

The Awesome Greens Green Power Smoothie is a healthy and tasty way to start the day. It has a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants because it has fruits, leafy greens, and chia seeds. Youll feel energized and ready to take on the day after drinking this smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency

Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie

If you like it colder, add some ice cubes and blend again until smooth

Pour into a glass, garnish with a few extra chia seeds or a slice of avocado if desired
