Sweet Cream Cashew Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of cake mix your choice of flavor
  • 24 flat-bottom ice cream cones
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles
  • Orange and black decorating gel
  • Miniature candy canes optional
  • Mini marshmallows optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix box

Prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions

Fill each ice cream cone with a couple of tablespoons of cake batter, making sure not to overfill

Place the filled ice cream cones in a muffin tin to help them stand upright
