Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions:
Cover a square 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off
Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted
Watch out not to get too hot
Add the dried cranberries, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract, and mix well
Mix everything together well
Put the fudge mixture into the pan that has been prepared
Use a spatula to spread it out evenly
Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets
Use the extra piece of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan once its hard
Cut the fudge into squares or rectangles by putting it on a cutting board
Serve your tasty white chocolate cranberry fudge and enjoy it
