Ingredients:
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices American cheese
- 8 slices bread
- Butter for spreading
Instructions:
In a pan, cook bacon until its crispy
Place on paper towels to drain
Over medium heat, cook the ground beef in the same pan until it is fully browned
Add pepper and salt to taste
Remove any extra grease
Warm up a griddle or big skillet over medium-low heat
Each piece of bread should have one side brushed with butter
Put 4 slices of bread on the griddle or skillet with the butter side down
Put some cooked ground beef, two bacon slices, a slice of American cheese, and another piece of bread, butter side up, on top of each slice of bread
Turn the bread over and cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt
Then, flip it over and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted
Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit before you serve
