Ingredients:
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 gourmet sausages e

- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat
Brush sausages with olive oil and grill until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally
Toast hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together
