Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Grease a loaf pan and put parchment paper inside it
Mix the baking powder, salt, and coconut flour together in a large bowl using a whisk
Put the eggs in a different bowl and beat them
Then add the almond milk and melted coconut oil
Mix everything together well
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones until the mixture is smooth
As soon as the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it and use a spatula to smooth the top
In a hot oven, bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Take the pan of bread out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes
Place the bread on a wire rack to cool completely before cutting it
You can slice the coconut flour bread and serve it however you like
Have fun Any food that is left over should be kept in a container that wont let air in at room temperature or in the fridge
