Orange Berry Protein Shake

This Orange Berry Protein Shake tastes great and is good for you. You can drink it to start the day or after a workout to fuel up. Its a great choice for a quick and filling meal because its full of protein, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Put the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, honey if you want it, and ice cubes if you have them into a blender

Peel and cut up the orange

Blend until smooth and creamy

If you need to, add more almond milk to change the consistency

If you want a sweeter shake, taste it and add more honey

Pour into a glass, and if you want, top with a berry or orange slice
