Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Before you start, heat your oven to 275F 135C
Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs to make them more tender
For the dry rub, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl
Making sure the coating is even, rub the spice mix over both sides of the ribs
Put a rack of ribs on a baking sheet and cover each one with aluminum foil
It should be baked in a hot oven for three to four hours, or until the ribs are soft and the meat can be easily pulled off the bone
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Carefully take the ribs out of the package and coat them with a lot of barbecue sauce
For 10 to 15 minutes, turn the ribs over and baste them with more sauce while grilling until they get a caramelized glaze
After taking the ribs off the grill, let them rest for a few minutes
Then, cut them between the bones
BBQ sauce should be served on the side with the Fall Off The Bone Ribs
Enjoy these tender and flavorful ribs that you cant put down
