Ingredients:
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook turkey bacon according to package instructions until crispy
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable
Spread each tortilla with the mayo-mustard mixture
Divide shredded lettuce evenly among the tortillas, leaving space near one edge for folding
Place 2 slices of turkey bacon on top of the lettuce on each tortilla
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the bacon
Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap
Slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving
