Peeps Popcorn

The crunch of popcorn and the sweet, marshmallowy goodness of Peeps candies come together in this delicious treat known as Peeps popcorn. Ideal for parties, movie evenings, or any other occasion

Ingredients:

• 1 bag microwave popcorn, popped
• 1 cup Peeps marshmallow candies, chopped
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300F 150C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Spread popped popcorn and chopped Peeps evenly on the prepared baking sheet

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat

Stir in brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth

Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn and Peeps

Gently toss to coat evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the popcorn is lightly toasted

Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving
