Ingredients:
- 1 gallon whole milk
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt with live active cultures
Instructions:
Put the whole milk into the Instant Pot
Put the lid back on the Instant Pot and set it to Yogurt
Set the time for 8 hours and the temperature to Normal
After 8 hours, gently tilt the pot to see if the yogurt has set
It needs to be made thicker
Take 2 tablespoons of the thickened yogurt out of the pot and mix it with the rest of the milk
Put the mix back into the Instant Pot and stir it slowly
Put the lid back on top and leave it alone for another 4 to 6 hours, or until it reaches the thickness you want
Put the yogurt in the fridge for at least 4 hours before you serve it
Top the homemade yogurt made in an Instant Pot with your favorite things, or eat it by itself
